Service Coordinator
Green Bay, WI
Full time (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm)

Reports directly to the branch service manager to support activities of the service department
Job Responsibilities
-
Communicate directly with customers, service manager, field service technicians and vendors

Answer phone calls
-
Schedule service calls with customers
-
Pull parts for service calls
-
Computer data entry (create service orders, close & invoice service orders, etc.)

Research and order parts
-
Create quotes
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Advanced computer ability (experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Detailed and organized with good communication skills and a positive attitude
